The hotel is great, everything was perfect. The View is amazing 🤩 I willl post some special lake view videos on Google Maps. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. I would love to thank the manager Mr. Sebastian for his kindness, and Ms. Sibylle for her helping while we were staying at the hotel. I also need to express my deep expressions to Mr. Fernando who is one of the SPA stuff for his lovley dealing, Fernando is very friendly with the hotel guests.

Well organised cosy and comfortable apartment in the middle of peacefull neighborhood. Having access to the both indoor-outdoor salty pools and spa was a great opportunity. Chilling in outdoor pool during the heavy rain was an extreme experience for us. Della was very friendly. Our 9 months-old daughter even stopped being fussy whenever she came home. ☺️

Family owned hotel with very helpful and kind staff, including the owners. Great spa and wellness area, amazing view from the pools. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast and dinner - even at peak hours they tried to solve the problems. Location is excellent, in a quiet village overlooking the lake with awesome viewing spots.     The staff were so friendly and helpful, they tried very hard to fulfill all my needs and requests. Everything was super well maintained and comfortable. The spa area is also super comfortable. Breakfast was also great and with a huge options. I’ve nothing to fault the hotel.

    The spa facilities are amazing, breakfast is included and sooo delicious, they are dog-friendly with a wonderful garden and quick access to a perfect lakeside walk for the dog. Amazing panoramic views in the restaurant, and the best spa I’ve been to in Europe!

    Little wait to be checked in after a 9 hour drive but when we were checked in it was fast and efficient. Great views and breakfast room was very generous and the Spa was lovely. The bar menu for eating was limited in the evening but the view from the terrace was breathtaking.
