Great location. Large spacious five-star standard room, with magnificent view. The staff were helpful, especially Cami. Breakfast was great - an enormous range of both western and Chinese food.

I like the environment of the hotel very much, where I can see the charming night view. The room is very spacious and clean. The service manager received us very warmly and gave us a lot of advice about city tourism. Everything is very comfortable here.

Every aspect of the stay. Room was very comfortable, spacious and fully furnished (inc. body lotion, good quality coffee and tea, higher-end amenities etc.) Scott, Rebecca and her team were extremely helpful, diligent and kind. The services and care offered by the hotel and its staff throughout the stay did enrich my general experience of, and trip in Chongqing. Can only recommend to others and wont miss to choose this hotel or another Wuyu of the group for/if any futur trip in the city comes by.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, with particular recognition due to Manager Ms Yang. She demonstrated exceptional hospitality by enthusiastically recommending numerous local dining gems and even took the initiative to mark key locations on our map. While the interior decor shows some signs of aging with slightly worn carpeting and retro-style furniture, the property maintains remarkable cleanliness. The professional service and largely compensated for the slightly dated facilities, creating an overall satisfying accommodation experience that we would gladly revisit.

The room was very big! I love the bed, the shower and the toilet! The cleaning was exceptional! For a person how loves to take public transportation, the subway is literally on the side of the hotel. I was able to move through the city very easily. It was raining a lot, and they let me borrow an umbrella during my stay. The staff was really kind and caring.

The staff were absolutely incredible, in particular helping us with special dietary requirements and with finding and couriering to me an object I had left behind.

It’s always a pleasure to stay in Radisson hotels and the Chongqing one wasn’t an exception either. The staff was nice and welcoming and the room was cozy and clean. But the most amazing thing about this hotel is the city view! One of the best you can get in Chongqing!
