Excellent service from the staff! Michelle was such a warm and lovely host, offering to arrange our cruise and attraction tickets for us, even guiding us on a short walking tour from the accomodation to the nearest attraction (LuDi Cave). Lily and Xiaolan were extremely friendly and helpful too! Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable!

The Hotel,is a bit tricky to find, even the taxi driver sometimes don‘t know the adress, but: the ladies from the hotel, are so polite and helpful, they would even direct you from the moon to their hotel. Hotel is very clean and comfortable, a bit on the countryside but not too far from the city. I enjoyed my stay there, and the breakfast and the 3 charming ladies from the hotel.

Maria is exceptional, she did everything to make all comfortable and nice for our stay. She took her time to invite us to a tea ceremony for our wedding's anniversary. She was always helpful and give us some tips for activities and places to shop. I've learnt a lot about tea and China with her. Thank you to staff too, the girls are very kind and speak a good English. I reccomend this hotel, location is nice in a quiet neighbourhood, you can hiking, running or walking near there. Surely come back next time.

The staff at Guilin HeShe Lakeside Resort are beyond phenomenal. Melody and her team assisted my grandparents as if they were family. Besides the most amazing staff team, the surrounding views and scenery in this area is breathtaking, the rooms are just as seen on photos, and the room views are one of a kind. Melody and her team provided not only a place for my grandparents to stay, but a lasting memory of Guilin and the people you can potentially meet along your travels. The rooms are very comfortable and the service is exceptional. We were well looked after from the minute we got there until the minute we left.
