From the spacious room (with a dressing room and river view!), to the stunning facilities (particularly loved the pool, sauna and steam room!) everything is so well thought through. Breakfast was ample and delicious! All of the staff are so lovely and the concierge team are also excellent and booked our dinners in for us which was much appreciated. Perfect location in the centre 5 mins walk from The Bund. Great, professional and warm staff. Clean, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds and good aircon. Very good breakfast too.
