One of the most unique hotels I’ve ever had the luxury of visiting. The jungle is magical. The facilities are second to none, but it’s really the staff that makes it special. Marco, for example, gave a great port tonging/wine opening show, then etched the bottle for us to have a souvenir. The rest of the staff was equally as accommodating.

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, this resort offers a spa, an outdoor pool and Mediterranean-style suites with ocean views. The Ballena Marine National Park is a 15-minute walk away.

It was all perfect with our stay at this very stylish boutique hotel. everything! this hotel is stunning. the second you get out of the car you see the most amazing view towards the Pacific and the famous whale tail sand bar. it was difficult to take our eyes away from that view. the hotel is very quiet because there are only a few rooms, this means that hotel guests say hello all the time which was great - everyone was so friendly. the staff knew everyone by name. the pool is incredible and the whole place is backed by rainforest. we saw toucans 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. the spa is very special. the massages are incredible! we were very sad to leave this tropical paradise.

This is an exceptional boutique hotel situated high up in the jungle mountain. It has an amazing view to the ocean and jungle and the sunsets are just gorgеous . What a great little hotel with a fab view and lovely pool area (lots of birds flying by). If you have a spare day on your trip, this would be a great place to relax by the pool. We only stayed one night, but could easily have spent 2 here. Great restaurant and staff were super helpful & friendly.

We liked just about everything. The grounds were very well kept, the staff were beyond excellent, our room was comfortable and clean. The room had an espresso pod machine. The bathroom products from Raw Botanical smelled and felt so amazing that we're going to try and buy some for ourselves! The infinity pool was great. We saw a whole group of Capuchin Monkeys in the late morning from the pool one day. The restaurant at this place is a dream come true for a person with celiac disease! The included breakfast was great, the lunch and dinner menus had us excited every day to try something new, and the prices were surprisingly excellent considering some of the expat owned restaurants in the surrounding areas. We ate here every meal every day during our stay without regret. It was amazing not to have to even mention needing GF accommodation. The staff don't even bring outside food into the resort to maintain their 100% GF kitchen. I also have to mention the server Warner, he was an absolute gem who made our stay with his enthusiasm and how earnestly happy he was to be there talking with us and making sure we had a great time.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious and had great presentation of the food. Missed trying the lunch menu as we were away from the resort.
