The staff are very welcoming and helpful, always offering with a smile. The location is perfect as it is 15 min away from the crowded city, which makes it quiet but close. The room was very clean, very well lit, and spacious. 4 restaurants to offer a very wide variety of delicious food. Although the hotel was full, the facility is big enough not to feel crowded.

The vacation was great. Everything was great, the food, the environment, the service, but most of all Christina at the reception. A very nice and kind woman. They talked to my son in several languages, explained everything to us, joked around, she was very funny. She provided us with a transfer to the airport and a discount from the all inclusive for Sunday. We were a group of 11 people and we are very satisfied, we will visit it again when we can.

Room , breakfast view were all very good . pool and beach ( 20 m from pool ) were fantastic . very rare to find that combination . staff - reception to pool to spa - were all very helpful. especially reception ( Ann - thanks :) . surrounding is also quiet - thats also important for us . no doubt we will return .

We loved the breakfast, it was very well presented and everything was delicious. There was a chef, you could request for omelette, pancakes, anything. We also enjoyed the pool, there were towels provided at the area. Our room was bigger than what we expected and we enjoyed it to the max!
