Room and toilet is clean and well equipped.

Very friendly staff, especially at the bar / restaurant and reception. Half board was a little too meaty for my taste, but after I told the waiter that, there were two salads on the buffet the next day. Maybe a coincidence, but if not: Thank you! My kid loved the playroom and I could hang out in front of the fireplace at the bar while she played - perfect! The room was nice and clean, the pool area is amazing, too! We will be back 😊

I recently spent an unforgettable five days, from February 3rd to February 8th, 2024, at the Ski & Spa Hotel Bellevue in Harrachov, and it was nothing short of incredible. Nestled directly on the ski slope, the hotel offers unbeatable ski-in, ski-out convenience, making my skiing experience seamless and delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was taken aback by the level of hospitality and professionalism exhibited by every member of the staff. The hotel management, the kitchen crew, housekeeping, and every single employee went above and beyond to make my stay feel like a home away from home. Elizabeth, the front desk manager, stood out with her helpfulness, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The dining experience was particularly remarkable, thanks to Michael and Josef, who looked after us during breakfast and dinner with exceptional care and attentiveness. Their service greatly enhanced our meals, making each dining experience enjoyable. The culinary delights, prepared by kitchen staff Tonda and Nikola, were absolutely delicious. I made it a point to try everything on the menu, and each dish was a culinary masterpiece that added to the overall excellence of my stay. The ambiance of the hotel is one of warmth and genuine care. It’s evident that the staff doesn’t just perform their duties out of obligation; they truly care about the guests' experience. The housekeeping, maintenance, and all other staff members were incredibly friendly and visibly passionate about their work. Their happiness and willingness to assist at any time added a special touch to my stay, making it evident that they aim to leave a lasting impression on their guests, not because they are instructed to, but from the heart. The hotel’s unique charm, coupled with its strategic location on the ski slope, its remarkable staff, and the exquisite culinary offerings, made my stay an experience I will cherish forever.

Nice accommodation in the historical mountain hut which has all moderní facilities inside. Staff and breakfast was great.

The two ladies working there were extremely friendly and did everything they could to make my stay nice. Even though there was a language barrier we made it work and I had a nice, quick dinner and a very lovely breakfast.

What an amazing location, well equiped and in a beautiful setting, very close by skiiing slopes and activities in Harrachov. Price for rent is very decent for the amenities and location you get, where everything is foreseen. The communication with the owners also went very smooth.

Great location, very convenient layout, well equipped kitchen, very pleasant sauna. The owner was very nice, quick to respond and gave very clear instructions. All in all, highly recommended!

My partner and I had an amazing time in the hotel. Every staff member there friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had half-board and dinners exceeded our expectation. Food didn’t repeat itself for 5 nights of our stay, it was various and delicious. Just few steps away from the children’s slope and 200 meters from chair lifts - literally best location in Harrachov.
