The reception staff was amazing, the manager and restaurant staff were very kind and accommodating! The facilities were luxurious and very comfortable. Spa, pool, gym, restaurant, terrace were very beautiful and comfortable. Would recommend for everyone who wants a legit experience of hospitality and rest.

The Hotel provided excellent service from the beginning to the end. The Spa area is not as big as a thermal spa, but big enough to relax and have a great time. You get as many towels as you need, tea, fruits, pools are warm. You can walk straight into the main stream and everything is close to the Hotel.

I had already visited Karlovy Vary for a day trip years ago and I decided if I ever came back I would stay in the Grand Hotel Pupp. The hotel did not let me down, on the contrary, I was even more surprised with the structure of the hotel, the nice and helpful staff, the large and confortable room with a balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was also unforgetable! Even if the hotel is traditional, I enjoyed the modern twist in some of it (such as the pool and the restaurant).

Everything. we loved our stay. The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner. Highly rated this hotel

The property is wonderful. It is a bit far from the Main Street, but it is close to the supermarket. The design is well thought through, everything is high quality and working well. Highly recommend!

Location is great - in the center but away from all noise, close to thermal resort, restaurants, grocery and souvenir stores. Both A3 and A4 are very stylish! It was a pleasure to come back there every day and spend evening with the family in such a gorgeous rooms. Bathroom with jacuzzi in A4 is a blast! The host is very responsive and helpful! We LOVE the apartments!
