Located right in the middle of Pec pod Snezkou. Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Staff members were especially polite and helpful - from reception to kitchen staff and cleaning ladies. Communication was great, we were informed of all extra charges in advance. SPA area small but very tidy and relaxing with two saunas, Jacuzzi, Kneipp basins and rest area with a view. I called in a few hour before our arrival with a request to get some flowers for our 20th wedding anniversary and the hotel was able to sort it out amazingly! Everything was very clean and cozy, the apartment was thought out to small detail. The wellness center was lovely (3 saunas, jacuzzi), located directly in the hotel, almost empty during November. I also enjoyed a nice classic massage by Iryna. The parking in the garage was comfortable. The hotel restaurant is very good, maybe a little bit too expensive.
