Room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Particularly liked check-in with a glass of wine and chat about places to visit. Loved the library and free glass of wine in the late afternoon / chats to other travellers.

Great staying! All of members in MOOo downtown are super kind to us, the room is very clean and it's very comfortable like home, markets, good cafes near and so on, so we've got wonderful experience and they presented us unforgettable days in Prague. Can get on the tram no.5, just in front of the place and location is also great! Will stay here if we come again.

The location was excellent, the old town is at the doorstep. Public transport- Metro, Tram and buses stop right in front of the hotel. The room was excellent, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a large walk-in shower, marble floor, amenities from Occitane, a mini bar and a complimentary bottle of water per day. The daily breakfast buffet, from 7 am to 10:30 am offers a wide variety of food items, inclusive sushi and other delicacies, and the attention of the staff at the restaurant made for a perfect start into the day.

Spacious, light and nice interior design, great location, wonderful delicious restaurant on site, spa and massage was excellent, super pleasant and helpful staff especially Bilal and Alexandra. We especially appreciated the upgrade offered by the hotel, which was really nice. And the little attention moments that waited for us in the room when we arrived (flowers, wine) and during the stay (chocolates, bath salt etc) felt really welcoming and made our stay memorable and unique. Thanks a lot to the hotel administration and to the staff that makes the experience of staying at the hotel so warm and wanting to go back.
