We liked absolutely everything! The restaurant downstairs was great, breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Wellness is simply the best! We especially enjoyed outside hot tub on the top of the building with lovely views. This town/hotel is perfect starting point for walking/hiking. We received complimentary ticket for cableway to get to the top of Snezka and back. Apartment was lovely and spacious. We will definitely be back.

Attention to details and high quality of facilities. Namely: The best bed mattress I have ever experienced in a hotel room, had a great sleep on it.
