Quiet area. Spacious rooms. Excellent beds. All is there: bathrobes, shoespoon, minibar. Absolute top breakfast. Very nice staff. This is one of the very best hotels to be found. Superb sauna free of charge. Rates are, in my view, modest.

The staff at Hotel Krupp was very friendly. When we were at the bar, they told us about the floods a few years ago which have devastated the hotel. Now, the hotel has been completely refurbished and renovated. Fotos of the floods can be found around the hotel.

Hotel Rodderhof is a charming and welcoming place to stay in the picturesque town of Ahrweiler. Situated in a scenic part of Germany, close to motorway, but not near enough to hear it. Very friendly staff and the room was spacious, clean and very well appointed. Dinner was a great experience and very good value.
