We brought our dog along and the hotel and staff accommodated that very well. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. For us it was a great location right along the water and about 10 minutes away from a huge forest with plenty of trails.

Beautiful place, we only stayed one night but it looked peaceful and nice. We parked in the garage and the check in was smooth. Big comfortable rooms. I like that it was prepared for the kids, crib, stool in the bathroom, cushion for the diaper changing.

The location was amazing. We had the family chalet, and it was beautiful, and large. The pools were nice, but the outside pool was too cold for us. We did enjoy the indoor pool a lot.

The place itself is lovely as well as the location, so close to the sea and a sight to behold on an evening walk. Breakfast options were decent. Restaurants options in the area were very limited but the Italian place nearby made up for it.

Visiting family who lived nearby so the location was perfect for us. Small Balcony with the room was better than expected. Room was very clean with housekeeping daily. pool and steam room were very good with nobody there (fall) Kitchen was good. Beds and bathroom were very good. Front staff were very helpful in English.

A very iconic, memorable location in Charlottenburg hidden in a unique neighborhood. Our favorite Japanese place is just a few blocks away. Very friendly staff, comfortable facilities, our hotel stay was A+.

Amazing stuff, very warm and cozy place to stay. Authentic, with excellent location with everything that you need. Near by there are lot of markets, restaurants, whatever you want and need. . Conection to the city, exactly station is only few minutes away. It's really clean, and comfortable, the room is perfect size, equped with everything.Free parking is also in front of, and around, in a calm street. Recomendation to stay and spent time there.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights with the sole intention of relaxing, and that's exactly what we did. The best thing about this place is the spa. We especially loved the whirlpool and sauna section — we relaxed in both for hours. The breakfast was also delicious was a great variety and nice coffee. Everyone who worked at the hotel was so nice and helpful, from the cleaners to the people working during the breakfast service. The bed was very comfortable.
