Excellent hotel! Very close to the main city attractions without being in a noisy setting, and apparently there had been some renovation recently. Our suite was wonderful, very comfortable and the terrace just great (it was raining, but in the summer it must be so nice!). The breakfast was very generous and we ate at the hotel’s restaurant once (the food was good, although the waiting time especially for the desserts was very long, but there was a big group, so I think they were having a busy day). The staff was very welcoming and professional. There’s a parking lot just beside the hotel (not private), and it’s rather reasonably priced and the parking spaces are large enough. There’s also a small shop at the hotel and a fitness centre, but we didn’t try it. We had looked at other accommodations for our trip to Trier, but we chose this hotel since it was more centrally located and it seemed modern and clean. And it was! We were very happy and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay, filled with everything we could possibly ask for. Staff was extraordinary service minded, friendly and helpful. We prolonged our stay because we loved the experience, staff and place so much. Easy check-in, we came late but had good service for our car, a nice meal with good service and plenty of choice. The staff is just wonderful, helpful and kind. Our room was clean. spacious and with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the calm and nice spa area. This is a lovely part of Europe to have a quick stop or a longer rest.
