The hotel was bright fresh and in an excellent location. Everywhere was clean and felt new (not sure how old it is!) your room key card offers discounts at some local bars on drinks. There is a lovely spa at the hotel which we also used for massages. There is a gym too. Playa 1 is on the same site as Playa 2 with the pool in between. The restaurant is below playa 2. The spa and gym at the bottom of Playa 1 and there is a walkway/hallway between. There is a bar at the pool and another bar inside which has seating outside facing out from the back of the hotel. All staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and has a short walk to the beach and bars and entertainment venues on the street outside. I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, very kind staff, always with an smile. The chekin process was easy and the staff where very professional and helpulf, i was able to park the Casino Parking (using the hotel card). We ask to extend our stay and even with a full hotel the staff was able to acommodate us and provide us the option to keep the same room paying for the extra days. We use the All inclusive program and the whole stay was much better, the pool snack bar has always options to eat and drink. The animation team did an awesome job with a lot of activities for childrens and adults. We would like to specially thank to "Kiko" on the Recepction for his excellent service and also to the Snack Bar Chef that make our stay better.

    I booked a last minute vacation for 3 nights at Port Benidorm spa and hotel. I was hoping for a relaxing break with my partner, so decided on this hotel due to the spa facilities. The spa was €10 per person they were modern, clean and spacious and not too crowded. If you do not have a swim cap you have to purchase this additional for €2. The hotel and room was modern spacious and clean. Entertainment was available In the evening which isn’t always the case out of season. Staff were friendly and accommodating. And price was fantastic.

    I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in mid January (off season) and it was absolutely worth it. I booked a room for less than 60EUR per night (spacious - L size room), breakfast and activities (e.g. yoga) were also included in the price. The yoga class was held on the rooftop with a wonderful view to the beach. The SPA entry fee was 10 EUR which is also very affordable (the SPA includes sauna, pool and steam cabin). The location os of the hotel is great.

    Everything was wonderful. Stayed in many hotels but this was my favourite of all. More like a 5* not 4. Room very spacious. Very nice food in the restaurant that varied daily with a lot to choose from. The spa was amazing and only 10 euro an hour to use the indoor wellness pool and sauna. Views from the top were absolutely fantastic 🤩 Probably will always book this hotel for future visits to Benidorm 👍
