Room was spacious with an excellent bathroom. View from balcony was stunning. There was lots of parking in front of the hotel and the Roto restaurant attached to the hotel was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    We stayed in May so all the skiers had gone and the hotel was relatively quiet. Had a fabulous evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast was good too. Lots of space in the bedroom.

    Location good a few minutes into Canfanc, the staff at reception were great and friendly escorted us to the lift. Room large good shower with tea and coffee a plus for Spain. Evening meal and breakfast good. Parking on the hotels grounds for motorcycles or on the street outside the hotel.

    One night stay travelling by road from Spain to UK with my cat. Comfortable room tho the decor is a little dated for me. Bathroom clean and good strong shower. Arrived at night so it was nice suprise to see the beautiful location from the terrace in the morning. Breakfast selection was good if a little cold for the hot food.

    Upgraded our room because they were not full. Recently refurbished room with plenty of space. Very good food and service in the dining room. Three course evening menu as well as other options. Menu and all other notices in Spanish, French and English. Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. Good help yourself breakfast.

    Great location, great hotel with spa and many many rooms to relax in, especially with kids it is great - there's a kids play room as well. Food was great, even the mojitos were very well done too, sometimes hard to find in a hotel bar. Loved it. Will return
