Beautiful location on the outskirts of the city and super friendly, helpful staff. We stayed at the apartment side and had plenty of space, a beautiful glass balcony, and a lovely sauna. It was well stocked with dishes and utensils if you plan to cook in the apartment. Rented sleds and had lots of sledding opportunities on-site and directly across the street. Breakfast was a great value. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Our family loved this hotel. If we are to return to this area I will rebook this hotel. After a busy day in the snow my kids loved to use the swimming pool, bowling, and fun park. Staff always very helpful and friendly. Rooms nice and clean. My husband ate every night in the restaurant and really enjoyed the food.

The rooms are beautifully done with high quality materials. Having your own sauna and hot tub is absolutely great. I imagine the place to be absolutely stunning in winter. With the new spa and restaurant that are currently being built there is absolutely no need to leave the place! Communication was super friendly too.
