To live in an old chateau - or even castle - on a hill in the middle of a beautiful park together with super friendly owners; to eat home made bread, cake and jam, and special local delicacies for breakfast; and to visit recommended places around, including a hidden restaurant, to which the owner even booked us a table! Chateau de Rancé is an authentic place worth to visit close to Lyon in a beautiful village! Definitely the best stop of our journey.
