Lovely staff, lovely room, lovely design! All of this in a beautiful heritage building and only a few minutes walk from the City Center. And the Spa treatment was a dream! Golden hands! We also loved the hidden Pantry, were you could get complimentary snacks and - brace yourselves! - icecream!

We had a really great stay at Woolley Grange. Hotel is wonderful, especially as it was decorated ready for Xmas. Location is perfect for visiting Bath. Breakfast and evening dining are excellent, with very helpful staff. It's especially good for those with children and grand-children as the facilities are perfect for young families. Happy to recommend and will definitely be back.

The room was spacious and well-decorated. We has all the amenities we needed (robes, slippers, working TV, hair dryer, etc.). The hotel has plenty of activities, so take advantage! We did archery, horseback riding, went to the spa, at at the on-site restaurant, and played tennis (with rackets and balls they provided). It felt like such a genuine country-side experience and was simultaneously relaxing and activity-filled. Staff was wonderful and kind. We would absolutely return.

PAOLA ,best receptionist ever, I had a complaint and she managed it in a very professional and kind way. I would definitely repeat. Room is beautiful,bed super comfortable, bathroom is fabulous and super clean, breakfast really good , definitely will come back. Spa is good enough, jacuzzi was closed but the rest was open so at the end it was a good experience.
