The male member of staff, French I think, who checked us in and showed us to our room was absolutely super he couldn’t have done more to help us and as I’m partially disabled that was a real bonus well done PARK Plaza and in particular to this member of your team

This hotel is exceptional. I'd like to mention Simon, Rose and Loretta (who when seating us seemed genuinely interested in our comfort and happiness!) in the restaurant. There was also an Italian man (who has lived in Wales for years) who was very helpful and accommodating at dinner. In the spa Linda (another Italian) was really friendly and did a fabulous massage. Bria did a wonderful job making up our room everyday. We would like to thank them all for making our trip to Cardiff so memorable. Apparently the Manager is Mr Parry. I didn't meet him but I think he must be, at the very least, :) a fair person to work for when the staff members are as nice as they were and the general feeling is one of aimable coherence!

Spa facilities were great and free to use between 3 and 5 pm. Staff friendly, helpful and responsive. Short walk into the city centre. Amazing big tv screen to watch movies.

Loved how spacious the hotel room was and the options of both bath and shower. The swimming changing room facilities were pretty good and the morning breakfast which is all you can eat. The hotel generally was very eye appealing both outside and in for the communal/social areas and also the hotel staff adhered to my room requests for my anniversary celebrations very romantic! Check out time was generous at 12pm and room was undisturbed with the do not disturb sign at play. I did like the view from the hotel and the general location was between central town and then other amenities to the other side of cardiff.

0.5 miles from the Cardiff International Arena, this Novotel has an indoor swimming pool, a gym and restaurant. Shops, nightlife and Cardiff Central Rail Station are all 10 minutes’ walk away.

Very kind and helpful staff I would to highlight Oksana and Firuza!! Really close to the city centre 10 min walk. The breakfast was very delicious and well prepared.

The ability to use the sauna and hot tub was great and all of the staff were very friendly when we spoke to them. The room was very clean and matched the photos well.
