Dog friendly facilities were really good, with a downstairs room not far from reception, easy walks from the door, a doggy paw wash outside and plenty of space in the room for a proper dog bed (provided). Spa and gym very nice. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good and beautiful to sit in the restaurant and see the dawn across the lake. Room was quiet enough but not silent. Dogs can sit in the main reception/ bar area which was comfortable and a nice place for a snack and a coffee together with your dog. The old boathouse next door did a good value sunday lunch and they also had dog friendly tables available so that was great.

    The room was cozy, very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The staff at the reception as well as in the restaurant were very hospitable and helpful with their tips. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the cooked variant. The hotel has a nice restaurant with a terrace and the view of the garden, the lounge room downstairs was also a nice alternative to sitting in the room. The highlight of our stay was the hotel's spa, a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere!

    The balcony was spacious with great view . The corridors were quiet, we had a great night sleep, it was clean and the room was comfy. Breakfast was fabulous and although the hotel was busy it was peaceful and relaxing around the hotel. Pool and sauna are lovely

    Easy parking, nice large airy room, bathroom fine. Breakfast, restaurant and bar food good. Sauna and steam room very good - but it was half-term and the pool was overrun by noisy children. Bike wash facility very useful. Good base for exploring the area on bikes. Friendly helpful staff, especially those in charge of the rooms. Excellent, very relaxing treatments for myself and my wife by the lovely Tegam and Tia.

    I loved the balcony with lake view, breakfast, strawberry G and T and hydro pool. I also liked the dressing gown, slippers and refreshments in the room. The interior decor had a luxury feel with beautiful views. It was a very relaxing stay.

    The breakfast had a lot of variety and healthy options. The rooms were very spacious, clean and easily accessible. The view from the rooms was lovely and relaxing. The access to the deck and lake front was very convenient. The staff were exceptional, always smiling, sufficient knowledge to deal with customer queries and available to attend to customers.

    . I visited for a spa break. Thank you Lauren for being so lovely and for giving me a very relaxing treatment. Positives *All the staff at this hotel were very nice and welcoming. *comfy bed and warm spacious room. * liked the additional features for the deluxe room. * nice view of the lake * very good breakfast selection. * loved the water jet beds and overhead pressure jets and side jets . Nice to have steam and sauna and lounging area.
