Good restaurant and bar food, good room service, lovely room with a very comfy bed, we didn't want to get out of in the morning. For our evening meal, our Waiter, Joshy was fabulous as was the food. And all staff. My partner had a couple of elemis treatments on the second day, which she said was good value for money, while I used the spa facilities. You can use the spa even after you check out at 11.

Close to the M25, this 4-star luxury hotel is a 10-minute drive from Bluewater and Lakeside shopping centres. It has newly refurbished, air-conditioned rooms, an indoor pool and a gym.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my nieces at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. However, what truly made our visit unforgettable was the thoughtful touch from Dorina, one of the housekeeping staff. When we entered our room on the first night, we were delighted to find a pair of beautifully crafted swans made from towels on our bed. The swans were expertly folded with remarkable attention to detail. My nieces were absolutely thrilled by the sight, and it became a cherished memory of our first night in London. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Well done to the whole team.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous - really exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay there again. About 15 mins walk from Canary Wharf tube station and 5 mins from Poplar DLR Station, in a nice quiet area, the hotel was fabulous - reception staff were so friendly and welcoming and kind, our room was big and spacious and so clean and comfortable, with a lovely added touch of having some chocolate and soft drinks in the fridge for free. Overall excellent value for money in a great location. Perfect for the O2, but also for getting to any London area either via tube or DLR. Highly recommend Lansbury Heritage Hotel and I look forward to returning soon.

Gorgeous and beautiful hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. The area is a bit out of the city of London, but there is a direct monorail connection. For an expensive hotel in London, I thought it was good value for money in terms of quality. There is a nice café near the hotel where we can enjoy breakfast or brunch.
