Czech RepublicAmazing stay, fantastic breakfast (full vegetarian), it absolutely got me,even the smallest details such as set of shower gel, shampoo etc. It smelled so great that I felt like after spa treatment within my own room. Dressing gowns, slippers, spotless. For one night I stayed there I felt like a princess, it was fabulous experience. I didn't stay in more lovely hotel yet.

The breakfast was amazing, you have the little things in your room to hang on your door and choose what you want and for what time. The room they gave us was bigger than the description of the one we booked, with a king sized bed, two singles and a small settee. The spa was included in the price with a pool, access to thermal suite which has a steam room, sauna and cold shower, there’s a restaurant onsite too, which I didn’t get to try but I’d definitely be back. Well worth the money. Was an amazing stay and I definitely needed it.

It was a nice spacious room with a large bathroom and shower. The bed was big and comfortable and there were facilities for making tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and professional.
The spa facilities were very good, we took maximum advantage of the pool, sauna and steam room.
We had food delivered to our room, portion size was a little skimpy but it was tasty enough.
Breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of it.

Breakfast was good, bit of a mix up with order but got sorted super quick, always a great service from this place, depending on who you get the banter is really good , they have a lovely spa , kind of missing a jacuzzi or hot tub , we got a free upgrade of room as soon as we checked in, and promised another when I return, I'm looking for a Free Breakfast too... Thanks for having me , I love Polmont - bye👋 for now

Steak was amazing. Spa was lovely and relaxing. Room was brilliant. Breakfast was delicious. All staff couldn't ask them to do anymore first class service

The restaurant is lovely and the food was delicious with a great selection. The spa facilities were clean. The staff allowed us to use them before we’d even checked in. The sauna and steam room very refreshing and relaxing. Great to have free parking on site.

Spa was great nice big swimming pool sauna and steam room. Loads of relaxing beds round the pool area.
Dinner was lovely and plenty to choose from.

Staff at breakfast very nice, plenty of options for gluten free diet. Loved the pool/relax area, staff on spa reception were helpful and friendly. I locked myself out of my locker,and lady fixed problem right away.My room was comfy and clean with everything I needed. Also when I first arrived was made to feel welcome, so yes would recommend really enjoyed my stay.
