Signs at the airport were tiny and we spent 45 minutes trying to find the hotel. But the hotel was pretty and upscale. Unexpected for a layover experience.

My stay at the Hilton Heathrow Terminal 5 was everything I expected from the Hilton brand. Great customer service from staff, sharing key information effectively. The rooms were very clean and equipped with the power outlets for both UK and US adapters.

From the marvellous welcome box on arrival to the self locking door on exit, this is the best accommodation I've stayed in. Although we didn't use the hot tub it's a fabulous free addition to the property. A lovely little outdoor space too.
