FranceDog friendly facilities were really good, with a downstairs room not far from reception, easy walks from the door, a doggy paw wash outside and plenty of space in the room for a proper dog bed (provided). Spa and gym very nice. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good and beautiful to sit in the restaurant and see the dawn across the lake. Room was quiet enough but not silent. Dogs can sit in the main reception/ bar area which was comfortable and a nice place for a snack and a coffee together with your dog. The old boathouse next door did a good value sunday lunch and they also had dog friendly tables available so that was great.
