The room was great. The service was like in Dubai.
Everyone from the staff perspective provided solid quality of the service.
Separately, i wanna highlight 2 person which provided huge service:
1. Tornike from the rent of the ski equipment.
2. Demetre from the reception.
This 2 guys made my family vacation deeply comfortable.
One case: when i have requested glasses, for wine, i was asked: for red or white. In 5 minutes everything was on my table.
There are only warm feelings about the Ambassadori. Feel, that we will come back.
