Great stay in a lovely hotel! Very nice location, clean and tidy room, delicious food, comfortable bed! The atmosphere is so cozy and warm, we felt so welcome here, and we would like to thank you everyone and mention amazing staff: Amin, Marjan, Sahaz, Sam, Malayek, Jamshid, Iman, Sam, Afsaneh, Diana an Ira! The hotel exceeded my expectations. Stuff couldn't do more to accommodate all our needs and they were always smiling and ready to help. Check in was flawless and breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice, fresh food, great coffee. Our room was on the 5th floor, not huge but enough for our needs, nicely decorated and housekeeping was fantastic. Spa was clean and not crowded and smoothies, water and cookies provided there was an extra highly appreciated touch. We never had to wait long for elevators and check out process was fast and smooth. Even if there is no parking, front door stuff made it possible to always have a space left for our car in front of the hotel. We just needed to hand them our key, so easy and comfortable for us during our whole stay.

    The receptionist were really helpful and kind all time! They even helped us to get taxi and to have lunch boxes when we needed to leave earlier then official breakfast time. Really clean rooms and hotel, spacious spaces. Enjoyable sauna and swimming pool. Location is also good, metro and buses nearby. Absolutely recommended in price/value!

    Great staff at the reception, great breakfasts, perfect housekeeping, fast room service. Very good location - on the city center, but it was very quiet at night. The spa was a little disappointing (too small, no relaxing music, a bit not cozy), although the staff was really friendly and helpful and the pool and sauna was clean.
