The front desk manager went over and above to find us a ground floor room as we were travelling with our dog. They even added a couple of bowls and a blanket for her! The next day he greeted her by her name, which was so lovely. The dog park at the back of the hotel is a brilliant idea. For humans, we had a large room, very comfortable beds, large marble-clad bathroom with a bath and all the amenities one would want, including a coffee maker and good Wifi. Breakfast was lavish. Definitely on our 'must stay here' list when next in Ioannina.

The hotel is located 5min by car from Ioannina University and 10min from the city center. It is cosy and very nicely decorated! The room is modern with a comfortable bed and a/c. All the staff and the owner were really nice and helpful. They even arranged earlier breakfast time for one day, only to serve kids who had to report for an exam at the uni!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was as fantastic as the first! The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making every guest feel genuinely welcome. The location is ideal, especially if you're looking for a peaceful getaway to relax and recharge. The rooms are impressively spacious, well-equipped, and offer beautiful views. The beds are very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. The bathrooms are also large and spotlessly clean, adding to the comfort. A highlight was the complimentary 30-minute welcome massage, which added a special touch to my experience. The breakfast here is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We enjoyed the “home alike” ambience and especially the staff , Ifigenia was amazing and helped us a lot during our stay giving us tips. We are thankful that we had free parking in a garage nearby. The bed is comfy .

This Resort was exceptional. The owner was a lovely lady, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast we had was the best we have had up till now. It had everything you can think of. There was an ubundance of food. I couldn't fault this Hotel. Our room was lovely and beds were comfortable. It is located a little out of Ioannina so it was so peaceful especially the view which looked over the lake. Extremely clean, very good and spacious room, bed and bathroom. Reception service during the day is great. In the evening there was hard to connect with the people in reception as they spoke only Greek. Breakfast is OK. Hotel facilities are great, the hot internal swimming pool is a great advantage.

I booked a night with my husband, very beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms , towels , toiletries Apivita were amazing. Spa facilities very clean and well presented. A big shout out for the perfect and delicious breakfast 10/10!!!! Highly recommended.
