Germany- The hotel does live up to its rating of 5-star with their service alone. Wonderful and extremely helpful staff.
- They arranged a breakfast box, well packed, for me as I had to check-out before breakfast. Ensured I was ready by giving me a wake-up call as requested and had a taxi ready for me without having to wait even a minute.
- The bathroom was well equipped with any and every toiletries one might need.
- The room while comfortable could use a remodeling/renovation.
- the hotel has a gym and a spa.
- The location is excellent. It is in the heart of the city with numerous cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Very beautiful place. Big spacious parking. Very good service and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Amazing hotel! The decoration of the lobby and breakfast-dining areas is modern and classic combined in a very elegant way! Extremely clean in both common areas and rooms. Great swimming pool surrounded by greenery. Fully equipped gym and nice spa with indoor swimming pool. The breakfast can satisfy everyone, it would be nicer though with a larger combination of fruits. Very kind, friendly and helpful personnel always with a smile! Grecotel Larissa Imperial is a gem!

The hotel is beautifully decorated, has a big swimming pool with plenty of space around. Staff was extremely nice. We had nice welcome gifts and our bedroom was quiet and had access to a small garden. Breakfast had many different dishes.
