The property was very clean, modern, warm and luxurious Came here for my honeymoon and it was the best hotel spa I have ever stayed in The staff are exceptional. A special shout out to George, Nicoletta and Felia. They were extremely friendly and hospitable. It was our honeymoon so the staff made it extra special for us. The food was amazing. A lot of options and it was very fresh. The pancakes and the salads are my top recommendations. Also the eggs .You basically order from a set menu but you get to choose some choices . We were full every day The facilities like the gym, spa and bar was very clean Room service was fast and our rooms were always cleaned well The staff made sure we had transfer to airport and always checked on us The location was great . Not to over populated so we felt like a had privacy There was plenty of rent a car options nearby and restaurants . Would recommend Kantouni restaurant Oia is about a 25 minutes drive away I am definitely coming back to this spa and resort

Very helpful and friendly staff

The property was perfect for a couple. The value for money is unbeatable. As far as the accommodation is concerned, there's nothing to complain about - it's perfect! It's clean, very well furnished and above all very well located. Tonia and her team are fantastic! They are available, welcoming, adorable and very attentive. They made it very easy for us to hire quad bikes. Tonia gave us some great advice on Santorini. To sum up, if you want to spend a holiday visiting the Torretta, you won't regret it!

This was my first time in Santorini on my way to another island for the holidays and my short stay at Gin hotel surpassed all my expectations. Let me just say first that I had none in particular. As an academic, I travel a lot for research and usually book affordable structures that look clean and cosy. I do the same when on short vacation stopovers so I picked Gin for my one night stay based on photos, a good price for the middle of the holiday season, and the location that seemed distant enough (but not too distant) from town chaos and looked like it had a beautiful view. Ahead of my stay, I was contacted by Vania, the lovely owner/manager of the property who kindly arranged for my transportation to and from the hotel and was always responsive to my requests and questions during my stay. I got to Gin at around 8pm from Santorini airport and was immediately greeted by Vania’s wonderful father who showed me around the hotel and made sure I had everything I needed, and much more. The room was perfectly clean and with everything one could need, plus direct access to a brand new pool. The view is breathtaking and the hotel is only a few steps from a local market, a minimart and a great coffee joint right by a gas station. This is a brand new structure and family business that the owners are consistently improving, so I am sure it will be even more perfect during my next stay (which will hopefully be slightly longer than this one.) Vania & dad, thanks again for your help and incredible hospitality. I will for sure stay at Gin Hotel and see you again when I am back on the island.

first of all the hospitality is 10/10 Panos at the Reception 10/10 cleanness 10/10 I loved everything about the property I miss the hot tub already 😊

Everything about Orama exceeded our expectations.. The highlight was our room which overlooked the sunset, but everything was perfect - a particular thank you to all the staff who made our stay all that much better! The hotel is only a five minute walk away from the centre of Fira and even walking home at midnight, and beyond, you feel nice and safe.
