During our recent stay at the hotel, we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our experience. The reception team provided exceptional service with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to assist in every situation. A special thanks to Babis, Kostas, Barbara, Ioanna and Alex for their outstanding efforts, which truly exceeded our expectations and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were excellent—immaculately clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We had no complaints whatsoever; everything was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options that ensured a fantastic start to each day. The hotel's location in the center of Thessaloniki was also very convenient, providing easy access to local attractions and dining options. It’s definitely worth the price, offering great value for money. Overall, the combination of top-notch service, high-quality rooms, and excellent amenities made our stay truly memorable. One of the best hotels that I have been to! The rooms were excellent and the atmosphere in the lobby and outdoor facilities top notch with live background music (violin, saxophone). I ordered a few drinks at the bar and one was late to arrive, so the bar man didn’t charge me at all for all my drinks. That is the best service I have ever received!

Our stay as a couple at Palazzo Vista in Thessaloniki was absolutely perfect! The apartment is very luxurious, beautifully designed, and much better than a hotel room. We had so much space with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a big plasma TV in the living room where we watched Netflix. There were also TVs in every room, a modern bathroom with a hot shower, and a fridge so we can stock with everything we needed from local shops. The jacuzzi on the balcony was the highlight! After long walks exploring Thessaloniki, we relaxed there in the evenings, enjoying the amazing city views. There’s also a BBQ to cook food in the balcony also but we didn’t use it as we normally ate in the city. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood, where we could see how locals live, yet still close to shops, restaurants, and a beautiful park. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming! They made sure we had the best holiday and The Hosts son came by and surprised us with a lovely gift and was so friendly. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again when we return in the future.
