Nicely renovated, clean, large open spaces. Plenty of separation from outdoor smoking areas. The pools were clean and a good temperature for outdoors. Free onsite parking. Breakfast had sufficient variety and plenty of it. The staff (two lovely young women seemed to be running the show) were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Every request was answered with a smile and "yes of course". Even made me a sandwich and coffee at 10.30pm. I had booked for two nights, Saturday and Sunday but mucked up the dates so they were expecting us on the Friday. I asked if they could add a third night so we could still leave on Monday. "Yes of course"! Guess what? They refused to charge us more!

Loved how new and clean it was. The spa has 2 parts, one inside hotel and than another part that is open to daily visits. The spa side was definitely our favorite. I loved the little details they offered for our daughter, a potty, robe, & plates for her at dinner, that was all very appreciated. The kids play room is gorgeous. The property itself is huge, we got to pet horses and I think in the summer has a lot to offer outside. The food was overall good.

Calm and quiet, perfect for relaxation, what we desperately needed after demanding December at work and hectic days and traffic jams around New Years Eve. We absolutely recommend Superior Room with Balcony. Great staff, polite and friendly, even though we don't speak Hungarian and most of them are not quite good sith their English - they managed to resolve all requests. :))) Food was really good!
