Amazing stay! Big house — big living room with sofas and tables, bathroom either tub, kitchen with everything needed for cooking, one master bedroom on the second floor with perfect view to the rice field and mountains, two little bedrooms downstairs. Owner and staff are very nice, always there for you to help with anything. Incredibly cozy, aesthetic and atmospheric house. Strongly recommended. There’s also an adorable cat in a shirt called Emma 🥰

This was my favourite stay in Bali and I have been traveling here for 2 months now. It's a beautiful paradise. The beds were so comfortable and the outdoor bathroom was so cool. The food at the restaurant was delicious and had nice options for breakfast. The pool area is divine with day beds and loungers as well as a hot tub and ornate statues all around. There is also a yoga shalla which can be used for personal use or you can pay for a yoga class, a stunning location for some meditation and yoga. Is you stay here you absolutely have to get a traditional balinese massage from Evie - the best I've had since I got here. Thank you Evie and to all the staff. One girl working I think her name was Marcella even went to the shop for us to get something, such excellent service. Staff even put decorations in our room for our anniversary. I will definitely come back next time I am in Bali.

The host is super friendly, gave great tips on food and what Beach to go. We cooked together what was great. We booked for one night but Stayed 2 more nights. Everything is super clean. Nice big garden. Markets on Walking distance. In between 2 very Nice beaches and near a Hotspring. We wanted to go on a snorkling trip and he arranged everything for us. Even bring and pick up at boat location. While staying here is like being home in a foreign country but have you nice uncle or cousin living nearby. We got to meet his familly what we also liked. Enjoyed every moment i Stayed here. We travel around Bali on motor and this had been the most relaxing experience in 3 weeks of going places

Anyone traveling to Bali should not miss getting to know this extraordinary family. We spent an incredibly intensive and wonderful time with these loving, hospitable and warm people who have such a big heart. We have stayed at quite a few homestays before but nothing is comparable to what we have experienced here: Ari and Sila welcomed us as if we had always been part of their family. Our 3-year-old daughter was also lovingly cared for. We were lucky to be with them during Nyepi, the balinese New Year. So they took us to the Ogoh-Ogoh parade and told us a lot about Balinese culture. Ari showed us how to cook Moringa soup and how to make beautiful offerings. I had the possibility to attend a ceremony at their temple. We went snorkeling with Sila and this was a beautiful experience! We even saw a sea turtel! Another highlight was the wedding in the village, to which the family took us where we could see a traditional trance dance. Everything is actually possible from this homestay: excursion for snorkeling or diving, good food, great massages, making music together, getting to know a lot about Bali and it’s culture, renting a scooter, laughing a lot, relaxing by the pool or even having your mobile phone repaired! It was the best stay we had in Bali and we already miss to be with them.. Don’t miss to make a stop at Menjangan view!

Sumberkima Hill is a private villa retreat where you can enjoy the privacy of an individual villa, but still have resort type services at your disposal.
