    Everything was beautiful, the staff were so accommodating, friendly and welcoming, they really made our stay feel special. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 5, the treasure bay and activities were great for the kids and the food was awesome too. We definately recommend Natra Bintan and would love to return. Thank you for the lovely relaxing break we needed!

    Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great dinner at Rempuh Kitchen and enjoyed drinks at the Beach Club. Dicky made a great espresso martini in Ararinda Lounge. We had a massage at the spa and would recommend it. The pool great for relaxing in the day. The bed was comfortable, rooms were great especially loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and beach.

    Family room was spacious with a beach outlook, buffet breakfast had a good choice of food and an excellent buffet BBQ dinner. Large swimming pool and a peaceful beach.

    It is a unique place to stay, converted from an ocean-going passenger ship to a hotel. The heritage tours are worth joining. The cabins are spacious and breakfast is good too.

    Ambience, greenery, spacious rooms and patio with private small swimming pool. It’s 5min walk to the beach and small convenience store. Tasty breakfast served in the the room (great to see local Indonesian breakfast on the menu). Free transport to and from ferry was really convenient. Swedish Massage offered by the hotel was enjoyable, would recommend it. Lagoi Bay seem to be very quiet area, this is place to relax and wind down.
