Incredible experience! In the middle of the jungle. Staff has been the most helpful. Because of the weather, our boat got canceled twice and the manager still found a way to get us to Nusa (it gave us the tickets and transportation for free). Staff answers by WhatsApp very quickly and the stay for very personal. The room has an amazing bathroom that will make your whole experience unforgettable.

Such a lovely place , very peaceful, a little Oasis. Staff were very lovey and helpful especially 1 member of staff called Gedee who was able to be my guide and show me around the lovely beeches on the island for one day , and was there to help with any enquiries. The rooms were immaculate and a lovely pool too. Only slight issue is location to Restaurants is probably not good by walking, but scooter hire is available at Hotel.or I'm sure Gedee or other staff would organise t

We spent 7 days at Deep Roots and we adored it. First things first, the staff. It is difficult to describe in words how kind and open hearted they are. Each and every one of them makes you feel welcome and they would all do the extra mile to accommodate you. Always smiling and spreading positive energy, we will really miss them! Second, the facilities. We had massages and the therapists were very professional and highly skilled. We also tried yoga with the lovely yoga teacher Gizelle, which was also fantastic. They have 2 yoga sessions per day that you can join, along with meditation sessions and more. Moreover, the pool is very enjoyable and so it is the rest of the property which is basically a botanic garden full of tropical plants providing shade and coolness. Just amazing! We also did 3 days of diving with the manager of the diving center, Leo and his crew. This guys are simply amazing! Very skilled, extremely professional and, most importantly, calm, kind and very sweet. We loved the dive sites and the whole diving crew and we will miss them a lot. Third, the villas. We stayed at the Mountain view villas which are beyond beautiful! You will find lots of space, a king size bed in the room and a small tropical garden in the bathroom. And the view from the terrace is to die for. Last but not least, I want to mention the food. Some reviews here say the food is not satisfactory. However, as someone dealing with food professionally, I can guarantee that a whole lot of thought has been put into the development of the menu, balancing dishes and plating. Each and every dish was carefully prepared and freshly made with high quality ingredients, possibly local. I cannot overstate how much I appreciate their cuisine. We also met the owners who explained a bit more about the background concept of Deep roots. We hope some day we will come back for Mola Mola and the lovely locals on this magic and beautiful island. And we will for sure stay again at Deep roots.

    The couple who owned the spa looked after us as if we were family. They organised our cars, advised on activities, recommended restaurants (which were excellent and 5 min walk). The breakfast was fantastic. Cooked at what time we wished. We had two massages which were relaxing and very decent price. It was quiet, small and ideal. Can’t recommend enough.

    As a family of 4 the family suite was perfect for us and beautifully maintained. Wayan and her team were super friendly and we had a delicious lunch, dinner and breakfast there. The pool was well maintained and gardens too. We enjoyed massages in the spa room for 200,000/hr. Being up above the hustle and bustle but only 15mins from the coast we felt a world away. This property had everything we needed. No complaints

    Everything was just perfect - the hospitality of the owner and his wife was outstanding! They took care of everything - transfer, tours, they even made sure to remove our towels from our terrace when it started to rain and we were not around. The room is very nice, it was super clean and the breakfast is delicious. Make sure to get a massage at the spa next door! You can just show up any time, really worth the money.

    Staff great, facilities great, room was good, understood my dietary needs (vegan), loved the bathroom and the pool, it really felt so calm and peaceful, pure bliss, so serene, such a relaxing couple of days for me it was like a retreat, I only left one day time to do a tour of the east side of the island otherwise I was happy just staying there the whole time, I had a glass of red listening to the sounds of nature, ate nice meals, had a good breakfast, nice massage, could not fault my stay!
