A very nice heritage hotel with Portuguese tiles and teak wood. The staff is beyond any praises! They fulfilled all our needs and requests!!! To be frank, not all the rooms are perfect but we were moved to another room upon request - really appreciated! The best cappuccino in town!

Everything was perfect. We felt very welcome... thanks to all members of personell. Our special thanks towards the property-owner and his wife , to George for all the help , and especially for our " neighbour " Martin who was constantly smiling, joking , making our day and hardworking . Oh my gooodness, where do I begin. From their beautfiul oasis of a property with every facility you could need my sister and I had an amazing staycation at the Taj Malabar. We were only there for one night, but the staff made us feel so very welcome - and I mean every single staff member we encoutered! We had fabulous food with a made-on-request item at breakfast from Chef Sunil, great service at the restaurant from Alex and Dinesh, Latheef gave us amazing information about their garden and plants, Jasmine gave us a warm welcome and a great boat tour. There was an out of this world floral arrangement at the entrance and we were given an extensive overview of how that beauty comes together. We really enjoyed our stay overall but the staff made it extra special. The room in and of itself had a great view (501) and was impeccably decorated, with a smart TV. Super comfy bed and sheets - as with all hotels in the Taj family.

Budget friendly Rooms option for Traveller like us. Fantastic part is, 5 star resort facilities is accessable from their sister resort Ramada Kochin at walkable distance. Breakfast at a nice Restaurant in Ramada. Pool and resort facilities was fantastic in Ramada.

Just a short walk from the Pardesi Synagogue and the quaint Jew Town Market, this was a surprise find. Beautiful new hotel , with very clean rooms, modern amenities. We were anxious prior to reaching the place , but as soon as you get to the front of the property you realise this is definitely a really nice hotel. you can literally walk to the ginger house restaurant, with an amazing menu and views, but most other attractions are just a short drive away. The rooms: We opted for the premium delux rooms, these were large rooms, with really tall ceilings, wall to wall tile decor, modern touch sensors and touch buttons. Lovely bathroom and toilet ( separate to the bathroom ) Well stocked with bathrobes, towels , sandals. The beds were something else! the entire bed had massage and other features, you could use the recliner function . You could activate the heating. A/C was good and cooled the room down really quick. The wall to wall tiles helps keep the room really cool even when its really hot outside. The team: Nazim and team were really sweet and helpful. They had a problem with their card machine , didnt' stop us from checking in. Got us checked in within minutes as we were really late ( almost midnight ) and told us we can sort the issue out next day. very helpful and made the stay really pleasant.
