The location. The property in itself. The staff. The swiftness of the services. The manager Ayush was lovely. He gave us some extra perks which we loved. Sanjana from dining was another lovely lady who made us super comfortable. The food is good. Pancakes were our go-to favourite. The whole staff were nice. Plus it’s located at a very good location which give you easy access to the hills and the city. There was constant running hot water(much needed during the season) Plus of course the view was very nice.
