Review: This was our first time in India as Europeans, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay at The Imperial Hotel! From the moment we landed to the time we departed, the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate this beautiful yet chaotic city. The taxis provided by the hotel were top-notch, the room was fantastic, and every single restaurant exceeded our expectations. The staff deserves nothing but praise for their professionalism and hospitality. If we ever return to India, we will definitely stay at The Imperial again. Everything was perfect with the property. Wonderful Indian Hospitality. Rooms were large and beds very comfortable. Mini fridge could hVe used some beverages in them during our 5 day stay. Breakfast spread was good. Amd impeccable cleanliness throughout the property.

Very comfortable room, hotel was very clean, lovely ambience in lounge and restaurant. We appreciated the early check-in and the happy hour - thank you to Muskan, Namira and Anjali for their help and attention in the lounge. We were very pleased with the amazing breakfast buffet which catered to variety of palates. The entire hotel team was professional, welcoming, friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable. They are great representatives of the Shangri La brand. The hotel is a well kept oasis of calm especially after a busy day of sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
