    Excellent hotel. Very close to the gondola. Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant has good food and breakfast spread is also good. Good view from the terrace. Highly recommended.

    Room upgrade to the one with balcony was a pleasant surprise & a very sweet gesture from the reservation desk team. Thanks a lot! There is a complementary hi-tea upto 5:30 pm, which is great again. Room sizes are good. Ample storage space for luggage/suitcases. Location is higher up compares to rest all properties. Makes it peaceful & exclusive. Really liked the live musical performances with sitar, santoor. And also the fireplace in the lobby. Temperature controlled swimming pool is luxurious with stunning backdrops!

    Over rated property. Location of the room was facing a jhugi ( dirty looking hut ). No food was available when we checked in at 3.30 . Only small bakery shop serving tea and coffee . We had to request a manager , and after his intervention got a burger . Message at Spa was ordinary albeit expensive . The breakfast was elaborate .
