LOVED IT! Certainly exceeded my expectation. The online reviews are all true and we were really happy with our stay. From our check-in experience to our room stay, to my gym experience and breakfast was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here. Even our laundry was delivered on time when we checked in really late and were leaving early too. Breakfast was the BEST so far that we've experienced in Kerala. Superior suite. Very good buffet and breakfast. The receptionist was very helpfull and the traveldesk arranged airporttansfer, sightseeing and transport to Munnar. Same very good driver all 3 days.
