The pool, surrounds and building was beautiful. We had the meal as well which was lovely. The pool was incredible.

We got an upgrade on arrival due to low season and stayed in a large comfortable apartment on the second floor. There was a washing machine which I appreciated a lot, possibility to sit at a table and work (we had to do home office for two days from there). The owner is very nice and welcoming.

This resort is phenomenal! We had previously stayed at the Tuscan Adler and the original Adler in the Dolomites in Ortesei. We only decided to visit Sicily for the first time because we knew our experience would be exceptional at this resort. Simply wonderful.

It is an oasis of beauty. The rooms are perfect...surrounded by vines. What you shouldn't miss is the Sicillian dinner. The impeccable hosts also offer us a tour of the winery where they produce organic wine. A treat we won't forget! Both the owners and the entire staff are very friendly. Wonderful!
