A small bed & breakfast on the fourth floor of a building with several rooms. Importantly there is a lift. A nicely arranged room (Beatrice) with a large beautiful bathroom. A pleasant smell in the room. Tea, coffee, biscuits at your disposal. Even slippers were prepared for me. Owner available and always promptly answered any questions.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a open buffer breakfast with variation. The staff from the hotel picked me up with a shuttle in the night from the airport (€13). For me the price is totally fine. There is a bus station 300 m away from the hotel, where I could easily take a bus to the city centre of Bologna.

The hotel offers so much. On arrival the reception staff were warm and friendly. The housekeeping services were fantastic nothing was too much trouble and our room was spotless. You have a great buffet breakfast the choice was perfect. A really comfortable bar area for all drinks including cocktails and beautifully presented. 10 minute walk to the main square. Could not recommend this hotel enough

The family room was spacious, very well equipped hotel. We used the bikes and cycled around the town, perfect! The hotel was in a good position for the train station to go to the airport, it was also located approx 15 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. The hotel was small but beautiful, we also used the spa. This was excellent value as we paid 35 euros each for 1 hour. We used the plunge pool, the steam room and sauna. For this price, you get the exclusive use of the spa! Would defo book again!

lovely position near the train station to Bologna. overall very nice stay. unfortunately couldn´t use all the SPA facilities to rest a bit because I had no time. will certainly do this next time!
