I chose this hotel for its perfect location near to the beautiful Brancciano lake, as I had a cruise trip planned for the next day It turned out to be an unforgettable stay This hotel provided an unforgettable stay. Its location is perfect, very close to the small village of Brancciano and its castle as well as the lake, its garden is absolutely stunning – a true highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering a complimentary ride to the castle. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, beautiful setting, and fantastic service. I want to thank them for everything, I will highly recommend it to others and would love to come back again one day.

Quiet and comfortable. Gated entry and only 5 units for a very private stay. The grounds and pool were pristine. The location was only 30 minutes drive outside city center and a train station nearby.

I spent one night in Sutri while walking the Via Francigena and couldn’t have picked a better place. The apartment is in a beautiful building but has recently been renovated inside. Everything was perfect and Elena made the process quick and easy. The jacuzzi was great after many days on the Via Francigena and there’s a nearby laundromat where I could wash my clothes. The kitchen worked well for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend!
