Incredible stay! The staff were kind and attentive, the room was spacious and clean. The food delicious and the relaxation area/gym were equipped for our needs. We would 100% come stay again and would wholeheartedly recommend.

This is by far the best hotel in Genova! A beautifully restored Palazzo with great attention to detail…..Everything is done with impeccable taste and quality. The staff are attentive, personable and make your stay extremely comfortable! The two reception staff are especially fantastic!!! If your budget allows, I would highly recommend staying at Palazzo Durazzo!

Extremely comfortable. Also I like the look: old, slightly worn, but dignified and everything works perfectly. Great ac, great bed, great shower. The shower is in the bathtub though, you have to climb in. Good breakfast and staff that works their @ss off. Highly recommended hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It is the perfect location if you want to visit Genoa (as it is at a 15 min walk to the city center, the old port and the main attractions) or Cinque Terre/Portofino or other cities by train (being next to the Piazza Principe train station). Very clean, nice staff and very good facilities.

We’ve had one of the best stay at I Tre Merli Locanda .The days before the arrival received messages from the property about instructions about check in and where to find the location which was extremely helpful.Marco was really nice and kind and helpful.The room we’ve stayed was cosy ,very comfortable bed charming and very clean .It was very easy to find .Nice bathroom,with provided quality toiletries (shower gel,soap etc ) .The breakfast was amazing.
