The staff were always so friendly and were always on hand for anything we wanted. They offer a complimentary shuttle if you don't want to walk the hill to and from town. The spa area is gorgeous, even though we only used it once and the pool area is so relaxing looking over the lake. Room was very spacious with air con and comfortable bed and had balcony overlooking the pool & lake so great views. Pool was great to relax at with stunning views of the lake - restaurant was very good, we had lunch and dinner there during our stay and both were delicious! The view is amazing from the apartment. The hotel is really quiet. The swimming pool and gym are included. I would recommend visiting the spa center to relax. The private beach was a highlight with plenty of sun lounges to relax on at the beach. The staff were incredible - they always had a smile and were attentive. Breakfast is lovely, smoked salmon, handmade cakes, champagne, etc wide variety. Very friendly staff both in the restaurant and at the pool. Room is very quiet, clean, beautiful, well equipped. Wellness basket was waiting for us in the room with slippers and bathrobe. Wellness services, massages are a must! The rooms are spacious with so adorable view at the beautiful houses at the hills. Not too many rooms at the hotel so you never felt like it was crowded. The staff at the hotel is one of a kind. The breakfast was really good and the view from the breakfast terrace was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the Spa and the hot tubs - clean and relaxing.
