The staff, especially the man at the front who also served us breakfast was fantastic and so helpful. We had a late check in and they helped us with parking, ensured we were happy and our questions answered. They were very accommodating and gave us the room with the best view (room 111). The breakfast was fantastic. There is even a juicer for you to make whatever tickles your fancy. The poll area is great but we only used it at night. It is also very close to the old town center and across the road from the cable car.

What an amazing hotel! Not only does it have wonderful views, it was also good food and friendly, service-oriented staff. The pool was a bit cool but it was nice in the heat, it also had a good location with a view of Lake Garda. We got an upgrade on our room and got a really nice room with a lake view. It's a clean and tidy hotel and it wasn't particularly expensive in the bar either. It was pure relaxation to spend 2 days here, we wish we had booked a longer stay!
