Everything except wi fi connection. We stayed in bungalows.. Very efficiently planned, not too cramped, not a centimeter wasted. A large terrace allows you to eat dinner and have your drinks. The bathroom and the rooms are very clean. There is free parking right next to your bungalow Easy access to Venice by public bus, just 15 minutes. It is not luxurious but has everything you need for a happy stay.

A new hotel in the heart of Venice. I want to mention the incredibly beautiful design of the hotel, very intimate and cozy! Everything is new in the hotel, the rooms are perfectly clean! Also, I would like to say a special thank you to the hotel staff, who were very attentive to our rest and made it unforgettable! They were attentive to every detail, I honestly haven't seen such a service anywhere else in the world! I also recommend that if you stay at this hotel, do not hesitate to ask for recommendations on rest from the concierge, who recommended and booked amazing places! The confort of the hotel and elegance. The staff was very friendly and very nice dressed. The location of the hotel is very close by the Big Channel and also close by Main station , San Marco Square and all important objectives. I highly recomand this hotel !

The Gritti Palace is one of the ultimate luxury stays. It's location in a restored 15th century palazzo on the Grand Canal really is unparalleled. The rooms are gorgeously styled, like the rest of the hotel, comfortable and pure luxury. Service throughout the stay, from check-in to check-out was exceptional. Concierge was an excellent help in organising various experiences for us. We also made sure to take part in the Culinary School hosted at the hotel with one of head chefs - a brilliant experience in itself. The bar is beautiful and has a range of excellent and creative cocktails - my favourite is the Wild Fennel Martini! The restaurant was stunning at dinner and at breakfast. Fabulous all round, zero regrets.

Our stay in Venice was fantastic! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and super comfortable, set in a lovely, peaceful neighbourhood not far from the city centre. It was great to be close to everything but still enjoy some quiet after busy days. Sonia, our host, was amazing — friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful advice. She told us about hidden gems to visit, the best ways to get around, and how to easily get tickets for museums. She also pointed us to some great local shops and restaurants. Thanks to her, we had a smooth and memorable trip. Would absolutely stay here again!
