Amazing service, beautiful property, super easy to get to Venice by train (only 3 stops; ticket is just 1.5€). From my perspective, it’s much more convenient and comfortable to stay in a property like that one rather then to stay inside of Venice itself. Venice is overcrowded, has no public transport, not suitable for cars, kids and heavy luggage. I see no point in choosing an overpriced old hotel over super-comfortable villa with private parking in just 3 stops away from Venice. Well, it’s very subjective opinion, of course. We are very happy to book the holiday for 5 days in the Hotel Residence. Very friendly stuff, good atmosphere an excellent service and food by the breakfast. it s like brand new with good and very clean SPA. Good parkingplace. The Reception was very helpfull, the rooms are totally clean. if we come back to venice we want to book in this Hotel.
