So close to Venice. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good and adequate. The facilities are the best i have ever seen, and to be so close to bus stops for Venice is very convenient.

Everything was superb. I have stayed here many times and I am always more than satisfied. Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast and restaurant, large, bright, clean rooms, free parking and bus stop for Venice just in front of hotel. What else could one wish for.

    It's a nice place to relax. Clean. Everything you need is there. Hearing is tolerable. Getting to the center of Venice by bus is not a problem, the stop is close by. Parking is convenient. Check in/check out is fast and convenient. Breakfast is a little sparse
