The receptionist (female) was very kind, unfortunately I didn't remember her name. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the price is reasonable, the hotel really deserves 4 stars, which is not always the case in Italy. All praise!

The location of the property and the views, especially from the rooms facing south-west, are spectacular in the morning. The rooms facing south-east also overlook the park. Breakfast is rich and the staff is very professional and attentive.

The rooms were fairly small but clean, cozy, and extremely comfortable. The spa facilities were excellent, especially the heated indoor-outdoor pool, though the massages were quite average compared to other spa resorts we've visited. The food and wine selection at the resort were outstanding, and the views across the property were truly impressive. I would definitely return if I ever visit that area of Italy again. Also remember to call the resort before booking as some rooms are far from the property and some are inside the property.
